Kappa had a spectacular formal recruitment! We want to welcome all of
our new members! We are so happy that you decided to drop anchor with

Lots
of exciting news to bring today! First off, CONGRATS to the Carolina
Hurricanes on recently winning the honored Stanley Cup! We are so
excited for our home-town Hurricanes...but perhaps even more excited
for the Eta Kappa Chapter of Delta Gamma's very own Storm Squad
Member Andrea! Andrea, you do such a great job representing the
Hurricanes and representing Delta Gamma!
Another
Congrats is in line as well! This week at the 2006 Delta Gamma International
Convention held in Orlando, FL, the Eta Kappa Chapter was honored
with winning the Barbara Nussa Boersma Web Site Award for the second
consecutive time!! This award is given to the collegiate chapter
that has the best Web site out of all Delta Gamma collegiate chapters!
A special thanks goes to Kelsey who does so much work to make our
site great!
At
the convention, the Eta Kappa Chapter was also a finalist for the
George Banta Award, which is given to an outstanding young Chapter
of Delta Gamma. Congrats to all of the sisters of Eta Kappa for
making us such an outstanding chapter! |

Hope everyone is
having a fantastic summer! We miss all of our graduating seniors already!
We have done some house-keeping on our Web page (to include updating photos,
editing out recruitment guides, clearing last schools year's news, etc.).
We are looking forward
to formal recruitment 2006! To all of Delta Gamma's potential new members,
take some time to look around our Web site. The information found here
will allow you to see what Delta Gamma at NCSU is all about! Just so you
know, some of our beautiful sisters have been covered up in pictures.
This is because they have been selected to be recruitment guides and will
soon be disaffiliating from our chapter to help all the potential new
members find their perfect homes! Maybe that home will be DG?! We will
be listing formal recruitment details soon!
